History	Today in Wisconsin Cannabis History: Page 265: The Rise and Fall of Cannabis Prohibition in Wisconsin: 44th Annual Marijuana Harvest Fest October 5, 2020 - Saturday-Sunday, October 4-5, 2014: Due to construction on Library Mall, Saturday's event is held at a park on Williamson St. On Sunday, Oct. 5, Madison Mayor Paul Soglin allows the annual Harvest Fest parade up State Street to go forward without a permit. On the State St. steps of the Capitol after the march, Jacki Rickert is presented with an award.
