Today in Wisconsin Cannabis History from "The Rise and Fall of Cannabis Prohibition in Wisconsin": Tuesday, August 21, 2018: Six of Seven Wisconsin county boards, voting on the same day, approve cannabis advisory referendums for the November 6 ballot.

August 21, 2020 - On Tuesday, August 21, 2018, county boards in Langlade, Marquette, Forest, Lincoln, Eau Claire and Kenosha counties all voted to approve cannabis advisory referendums for the November 6, 2018 general election ballot. Fond du Lac county was the only one of seven counties voting to reject a referendum proposal.
