Wisconsin Senate passes CBD bill 31-1February 8, 2017 - Senate Bill 10, sponsored by Sen. Van Wanggaard (R-Racine), Relating to: definition of tetrahydrocannabinols and the use of cannabidiol, passed the full Wisconsin Senate today by a 31-1 vote in favor.
